I recently released an app that helps Android developers discover android libraries and run their demos with the press of a button. It is called DevAppsDirect (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.inappsquared.devappsdirect)
I think it would be a nice addition to the “Android Apps Showcase and Collections” section.

I found this design tool that might be useful to Photoshop users. I do stuff in Illustrator, so I haven’t tried it out. 😛
